Lynette Noble is the President and Founder of the Noble Leadership Institute. She is a successful businesswoman, entrepreneur and a life-long advocate inspiring lives and communities in the new American mainstream.  Her deep range of experiences from academics, operations, production, leadership and entrepreneurship as a trained and certified Executive and Transition Coach, have helped her develop leaders and teams.  She’s a client champion and transformation expert who helps align diverse teams and resources, bringing big ideas to life.  She seamlessly blends strategy and best practices to offer unique perspectives for every client engagement.  Her global perspective ensures guidance is grounded in profitability and vision for the future.  She possesses an uncanny ability to identify opportunities and turn limitations into growth. She is an advocate for continuous improvement which is a tremendous innovation asset, challenging conventional thinking and producing ingenuity-driven results.  

Before forming Noble Leadership Institute, Lynette perfected her approach through more than 20 years in client service and management across a diverse set of industries including distribution, energy, aviation, construction, professional services, consumer products and metals and mining, in both public and privately held companies.  She has guided leaders and teams to learn new patterns and ensure their actions align with desired outcomes and business results.  She believes problems and concerns are resolved more effectively when leaders talk about what really matters.

Lynette is a Highly Credentialed and Certified Practitioner

Lynette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Howard University as well as a J.D. from Northern Illinois University College of Law.  


Lynette is a Hudson Institute Certified Coach.  She is certified to deliver The Leadership Circle’s Leadership Culture Survey and 360 Assessment.
